Stronger Together Transition to School Program

                                                                                                    The Therapy Transition Program is now accepting referrals for children going to school in 2013. The program aims to develop school skills and provide therapy support during the transition from pre-school to kindergarten. Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Behaviour Support services are available to commence mid-2012.
